Sponsorships

Organizations may become an official sponsor of the 2008 International Symposium of the Mary Kay O’Connor Process Safety Center by choosing the following option.
For a fee of $2,500 or $5,000 become an official sponsor.

Events sponsored for $2500 include breaks, co-sponsorship of a lunch, or co-sponsorship of the cocktail reception.
Sole sponsorship of a lunch or the cocktail hour is $5,000.

• Tuesday - AM Coffee Break

• Tuesday - PM Coffee Break
• Tuesday - Cocktail Reception
• Wednesday - Early AM Refreshments
• Wednesday - AM Coffee Break
• Wednesday - Lunch
• Wednesday - PM Coffee Break

The official sponsoring organizations will receive the following benefits:

1. Recognized as an official sponsor during the Symposium with a visible sign displayed during your event.

2. Your logo will be included in the list of sponsors in all Symposium publicity material, print and online (printed after sponsorship agreement).

3. Your logo will be included in the official Symposium Proceedings. A short description of your organization, with contact information, will be included in the official Symposium Proceedings.

4. A booth (regular rental: $1,250 and includes one registration) in the exhibit area, at no additional cost.
