Frank R. Boehm

Senior Staff Safety Engineer with Ashland Inc., EH&S Department. He has been employed by Ashland since 1999 and is currently responsible for coordinating fire protection, loss prevention, process safety and risk management programs in addition to other safety issues affecting Ashland. He has over 25 years experience within the chemical process industry of which all of his time has been devoted to safety & health concerns affecting personnel, processes, equipment and property at both the plant and corporate levels. Mr. Boehm has a BS in Safety from Central Missouri State University.

Frank is a Certified Safety Professional in Comprehensive Practice and a Professional Engineer. He is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Past President of ASSE’s St. Louis Chapter and Ouachita Valley Section. He is Full Member in the American Industrial Hygiene Association, in addition to being a technical advisory committee member for the Mary Kay O’Conner Process Safety Center at Texas A&M University.
